This newly remodeled and wonderfully furnished luxury Marco Island beach front condo has the most amazing views overlooking the pristine Marco Island crescent shaped beach. It has 2 bedrooms plus den (with Queen sofa sleeper) and 2 ensuite baths. 1425 sq. feet of luxurious air conditioned space. The condo is beautifully decorated with a comfortable open floor plan. Our condo spells PARADISE. From the minute you walk into the front door, you can feel the slower pace and quiet beach life take control. How better to spend your Marco Island vacation than in a place where you can truly relax and unwind? We invite you in. We want you to make yourself at home and settle in for the duration of your stay with us.

The condo features an open living area complete with wet bar where you can mix a libation or two if you are so inclined. The family room features a flat screen tv with an expanded cable package, DVD player, complimentary wireless internet access (WiFi), a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded appliances, one Queen bedroom and a King master bedroom (both with ensuite baths) making this a perfect option for two couples traveling together.

We have a large gulf front lanai that is perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves, watching the beach scene or settling in to read a book.

From our lanai (approximately 300 sq. feet of gulf front lanai space), there is a set of steps that provides access to our private cabana (1200 square feet of extra space), the pool, the grills and the boardwalk to the beach.

The Somerset condo complex offers two pools, tennis courts, and charcoal grills so your family can grill out during your vacation. The grounds at Somerset are award winning.

Our family love collecting shells from the beach, kayaking, biking the island, and relaxing by the pool. We also spend lots of time on the beautiful balcony dining, reading and just plaing relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance of our condo.

We have pride of ownership and we also pride ourselves in the prompt and professional way we treat our guests and prospective guests.
